Refund policy

ONLY ONE discount code can be used per order.

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If accepted, Your return will be refunded in the form of STORE CREDIT.

If your return is accepted,  we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs will be deducted from any returns.

We reserve the right to refuse items that show signs of use, have been opened or are not in original unused condition.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (no later than 3 working days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.

Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is damaged in transit or is misplaced, or stolen, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the shipping carrier for resolution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any sale items or gift cards. All sale items are final sale.

Please note that longer stems may be bent for shipping, this will not damage the product.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be issued a store credit.
